The RKH is a practical support space for farmers who want to make the transition to organic. We offer technical assistance, training, and connection to networks and markets, facilitating a viable, profitable transition adapted to local conditions. Its purpose is to promote more sustainable agriculture, strengthening producers and caring for the territory.
Why it matters to you
Low organic cereal adoption — improve conversion pathways for dryland cereal rotations with practical risk management.
Limited organic seed access — expand local seed multiplication and varietal adaptation for regional conditions.
Weak short supply chains — strengthen producer-retailer links for stable demand and fair pricing.
Soil health restoration — deploy cover crops, reduced tillage, and organic matter recovery strategies.

What we aim for
- Consolidate a regional meeting point where farmers can access information, guidance, and support for the transition to organic farming.
- Centralize and disseminate key information on national and regional support, regulations, certification, and opportunities in the organic sector.
- Promote and share courses, training, and events of interest that strengthen producers' technical skills.
- Facilitate the exchange of experiences and knowledge among farmers and other actors in the organic ecosystem.
- Serve as a reference point for initiatives, projects, and policies related to organic farming in the region.
